Job Summary
Maintain a quality environment through proper cleaning processes that meet contract requirements. Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors; clean tables, windows, and windowsills; and empty trash in offices, auditoriums, cafeterias, and halls. Remove trash and clean windows outside the building. Clean restrooms by sanitizing surfaces, mirrors, and removing debris. Restock all required supplies in each area. Prepare cleaning solutions according to manufacturer guidelines to prevent damage to floors and fixtures. Sanitize door handles, vacuum mats, and clean thresholds at entrance and exit doors. Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required PPE. Lift 25 pounds for the entire shift while standing, climbing stairs, and bending for the duration of the workday.
Required Qualifications

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds for the entire shift
- Must be able to stand for the entire shift
- Must be able to climb stairs for the entire shift
- Must be capable of bending, reaching, pushing, pulling and squatting for the entire shift
- Must be capable of pushing a manual broom and mop
- Must be detailed oriented
- Must have reliable transportation arrangements
- Must be comfortable working in a commercial setting
- Must be able to assist with meeting set-ups
- Must be willing to wear all required PPE
- Must adhere to all safety protocols
- Must be comfortable working in a commercial environment
- Must be willing to assist others as needed
