Job Summary
Maintain a quality environment through proper cleaning processes that meet the requirements of the contract. Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in offices and conference rooms; clean tables and empty trash. Remove trash and debris outside the building, and clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms and breakrooms. Sanitize door handles, vacuum mats, and clean thresholds at entrance and exit doors. Restock all supplies as needed while adhering to all safety protocols and wearing required PPE. This position requires the ability to lift 30 pounds, stand, walk, climb stairs, bend, push, pull, and squat for the entire shift.
Required Qualifications
- Background Check
- Drug Testing
- 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds for the entire shift
- Must be able to stand and walk for the entire shift
- Must be able to climb stairs for the entire shift
- Must be capable of bending, pushing, pulling and squatting for the entire shift
- Must be capable of pushing a manual broom and mop
- Must be detailed oriented
- Must have reliable transportation arrangements
- Must be comfortable working in a commercial setting
- Must be willing to wear all required PPE
- Must adhere to all safety protocols
