Job Summary
Maintain a quality environment through proper cleaning processes that meet the contract requirements. Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors; clean tables, windows, and windowsills; and empty trash in offices, hallways, conference rooms, and breakrooms. Remove trash and clean windows outside the building. Sanitize restroom surfaces, mirrors, and door handles; vacuum mats and sweep around doors. Restock all required supplies and prepare cleaning solutions according to manufacturer guidelines. Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required PPE. Assist with meeting set-ups as needed. This role requires a background check, drug testing, and the ability to lift 30 pounds, stand, climb stairs, and bend for the entire shift.

- Must be able to lift 30 pounds for the entire shift
- Must be able to stand for the entire shift
- Must be able to climb stairs for the entire shift
- Must be capable of bending, pushing, pulling and squatting for the entire shift
- Must be capable of pushing a manual broom and mop
- Must be detailed oriented
- Must have reliable transportation arrangements
- Must be comfortable working in a commercial setting
- Must be able to assist with meeting set-ups
- Must be willing to wear all required PPE
