Job Summary
Maintain grounds to contract requirements by cutting grass with a zero-turn mower, operating a tractor, removing weeds and trash, and planting vegetation as needed. Paint assigned areas and perform light carpentry work while adhering to all safety protocols and wearing required PPE. Perform duties as instructed by management and lift up to 30 pounds throughout the shift. This full-time role offers paid break times, weekly pay, insurance packages, and paid on-the-job training with opportunities to advance.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of painting
- Knowledge of carpentry work
- Knowledge of using a zero-turn mower
- Knowledge of using a tractor
- The ability to stand, bend, push, pull, walk and lift up to 25 lbs. for the entire shift
- The ability to take instruction from management
- The ability to pass a background check
- The ability to pass a drug test
- Must be willing to wear all required PPE
- Must adhere to all safety protocols
- Must be comfortable working in heat and cold outside
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds for the entire shift
