Job Summary
Cut grass with a zero-turn mower, operate a tractor, remove weeds and trash, and plant vegetation as needed. Paint assigned areas and perform light carpentry work while adhering to all safety protocols and wearing required PPE. Perform duties on the grounds as instructed by management. Must be comfortable working in heat and cold, lift up to 30 pounds for the entire shift, and pass a background and drug test. All break times are paid with weekly pay and insurance packages. Paid on-the-job training is available with an opportunity to advance.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of painting
- Knowledge of carpentry work
- Knowledge of using a zero-turn mower
- Knowledge of using a tractor
- The ability to stand, bend, push, pull, walk and lift up to 25 lbs. for the entire shift
- The ability to take instruction from management
- The ability to pass a background check
- The ability to pass a drug test
- Must be willing to wear all required PPE
- Must adhere to all safety protocols
- Must be comfortable working in heat and cold outside
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds for the entire shift
