Job Summary
Maintain a quality environment through proper cleaning processes that meet contract requirements. Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors; clean tables, windows, and windowills; empty trash, and sanitize door handles. Remove trash and clean windows outside the building; clean mirrors and restock all required supplies. Prepare cleaning solutions per manufacturer guidelines to prevent damage to floors and fixtures. Stand for the entire shift while lifting 30 pounds, climbing stairs, and bending, pushing, pulling, and squatting. Wear all required PPE and adhere to safety protocols. Assist with meeting set-ups as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Background Check
- Drug Testing
- 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds for the entire shift
- Must be able to stand for the entire shift
- Must be able to climb stairs for the entire shift
- Must be capable of bending, pushing, pulling and squatting for the entire shift
- Must be capable of pushing a manual broom and mop
- Must be detailed oriented
- Must have reliable transportation arrangements
- Must be comfortable working in a commercial setting
- Must be able to assist with meeting set-ups
- Must be willing to wear all required PPE
- Must adhere to all safety protocols
- Must be comfortable working in a commercial environment
- Must be willing to assist others as needed
