Job Summary
Operate high-speed sophisticated machines by managing settings and conducting tests to ensure successful production operations. Calibrate and recalibrate equipment before and after procedures, arranging machines at the start of shifts and performing scheduled maintenance and repairs. Troubleshoot mechanical problems, repair breakdowns, and maintain inventory parts to keep equipment in a like-new state. Test machines before main work begins, insert production materials, and clean up parts after every procedure. Adhere strictly to client job specifications, company policies, and safety protocols while maintaining good housekeeping. Work 12-hour shifts standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds, with availability for emergency callbacks.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass a drug test
- Must be able to stand and work for 12 hours
- Must be able to bend, walk, push, pull squat and lift up to 50 pounds for the entire shift
- Must be able follow instructions
- Must have a willingness to work when needed
- Must be willing to wear all required PPE
- Must adhere to all safety protocols
