Job Summary
Calibrate, test, and set machine parameters before and after production to ensure successful operation. Insert production materials, perform scheduled and preventative maintenance, and troubleshoot mechanical faults to keep the department running trouble-free 24 hours per day. Repair equipment breakdowns, maintain inventory for a "like new" state, and clean machine parts after every procedure while adhering to client specifications and safety protocols. Maintain good housekeeping and be available for emergency callbacks. This role requires standing and bending for 12-hour shifts in a hot, noisy environment, with a background check, drug test, and willingness to work when needed.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass a drug test
- Must be able to stand and work for 12 hours
- Must be able to bend, walk, push, pull squat and lift up to 25 pounds for the entire shift
- Must be able follow instructions
- Must have a willingness to work when needed
- Must be willing to wear all required PPE
- Must adhere to all safety protocols
