Job Summary
Operate in a safe and efficient manner by properly loading and unloading trailers, pulling product for shipping, and maintaining cleanliness in assigned areas. Understand pallet types including A, B, Peco, and Chep while performing all daily data entry tasks in the IBS Production System. Follow established procedures, standard operating procedures, and food safety regulations to ensure compliance with company policies. Work in extreme heat conditions exceeding 100 degrees for over an hour, requiring stooping, bending, kneeling, and prolonged standing. This hourly Operations role within the Inteplast Group facilitates product movement from one location to another.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ensure consistent, dependable attendance
- Demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary
- Capable of effectively managing job-related stress
- Fostering productive workplace interactions
- Understands the difference between A, B, Peco and Chep pallets
- Able to perform all daily task of data entry in the IBS Production System
- Follows established procedures including standard operating procedures (SOP's), cGMP, food safety regulations, and safety procedures
- Subject to extreme heat, temperatures above 100 degrees for periods of more than one hour
