Job Summary
Order and stock the wall deli department, rotating products to ensure quality and safety. Engage customers with greetings, offer product information, and provide selling suggestions while maintaining friendly service. Maintain merchandise displays including endcaps, floor displays, and aisle displays. Monitor product pricing, signage, placement, and shelf tags. Process cash register transactions, input costs, handle checks, EBTs, WIC checks, refunds, coupons, and gift certificates. Keep aisles, stands, and work areas clean and orderly. Perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, lifting up to 50 lbs, pushing, keyboarding, and walking. This role supports the San Carlos Wall Deli's mission to nourish the community.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be 21 years of age for any position that serves alcohol
- Your current leader must recommend that you apply for this position and provide an endorsement upon request from HR
- You may be asked to accept a part-time position if that is the only position available
- Rehires must be approved by an HRBP
