Job Summary
Manage the complete lifecycle of SAP projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Lead project teams by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring adherence to timelines while collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure proper integration and deployment of SAP modules, develop documentation, conduct status meetings, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Facilitate training sessions and workshops for end-users on SAP functionalities. ALTEN Mexico supports digital transformation journeys across automotive, aerospace, finance, and telecommunications sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in project management with a focus on SAP projects
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules and functionalities (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA)
- Proficient understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement
- Fluent in English
Desired Qualifications
- PMP or similar project management certification is preferred
- proficiency in Spanish is a plus
