Job Summary
Maintain a quality environment through proper cleaning processes that meet the requirements of the contract. Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in offices and conference rooms; clean tables and empty trash. Remove trash and debris outside the building; clean, sanitize, remove trash, and restock restrooms. Sweep, mop, clean tables, and remove trash in breakrooms. Clean windows, sanitize door handles, vacuum mats, sweep around doors, and clean thresholds at entrance and exit doors. Must be 18 years or older, able to lift 40 pounds, stand, climb stairs, and bend, push, pull, and squat for the entire shift. Must be detailed oriented, have reliable transportation, and be comfortable working in a commercial setting. Willing to wear all required PPE and follow safety protocols. Weekly pay, insurance packages, and opportunity to advance available.
Required Qualifications

- Must be able to lift 40 pounds for the entire shift
- Must be able to stand for the entire shift
- Must be able to climb stairs during the entire shift
- Must be capable of bending, pushing, pulling and squatting during the entire shift
- Must be capable of pushing a manual broom and mop
- Must be detailed oriented
- Must have reliable transportation arrangements
- Must be comfortable working in a commercial setting
- Must be willing to wear all required PPE during the entire shift
- Must be willing to follow all safety protocols
