Job Summary
Maintain a quality environment through proper cleaning processes that meet the requirements of the contract. Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors; clean tables and empty trash in offices, conference rooms, labs, and breakrooms. Remove trash and debris from outside the building, clean and sanitize restrooms, and sanitize door handles while vacuuming mats and cleaning thresholds at entrance and exit doors. Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE throughout the shift.
Required Qualifications
- Background Check
- Drug Testing
- 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds for the entire shift
- Must be able to stand for the entire shift
- Must be able to climb stairs during the entire shift
- Must be capable of bending, pushing, pulling and squatting during the entire shift
- Must be capable of pushing a manual broom and mop
- Must be detailed oriented
- Must have reliable transportation arrangements
- Must be comfortable working in a commercial setting
- Must be willing to wear all required PPE during the entire shift
- Must be willing to follow all safety protocols
