Job Summary
Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in offices, conference rooms, and labs; clean tables and empty trash throughout the facility. Remove trash and debris from outside the building, sanitize restrooms, and restock supplies. Clean windows, sanitize door handles, vacuum mats, and sweep around entrance and exit doors. Sweep and mop conference room floors, clean tables, and empty trash in conference rooms and labs. Requirements include a background check, drug testing, and the ability to lift 40 pounds, stand, climb stairs, and bend for the entire shift. Must be detailed-oriented, have reliable transportation, and be comfortable working in a commercial setting while wearing all required PPE and following safety protocols. Weekly pay, insurance packages, and opportunity to advance are available.
Required Qualifications

- Must be able to lift 40 pounds for the entire shift
- Must be able to stand for the entire shift
- Must be able to climb stairs during the entire shift
- Must be capable of bending, pushing, pulling and squatting during the entire shift
- Must be capable of pushing a manual broom and mop
- Must be detailed oriented
- Must have reliable transportation arrangements
- Must be comfortable working in a commercial setting
- Must be willing to wear all required PPE during the entire shift
- Must be willing to follow all safety protocols
