Job Summary
Maintain a quality environment through proper cleaning processes that meet the contract requirements. Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in offices, conference rooms, and labs; clean tables and empty trash. Sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and door handles; remove trash and restock supplies. Clean windows, vacuum mats, and sweep around entrance and exit doors. Remove trash and debris outside the building. Must be able to lift 40 pounds, stand, climb stairs, and bend, push, pull, and squat for the entire shift. Wear all required PPE and follow safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Background Check
- Drug Testing
- 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds for the entire shift
- Must be able to stand for the entire shift
- Must be able to climb stairs during the entire shift
- Must be capable of bending, pushing, pulling and squatting during the entire shift
- Must be capable of pushing a manual broom and mop
- Must be detailed oriented
- Must have reliable transportation arrangements
- Must be comfortable working in a commercial setting
- Must be willing to wear all required PPE during the entire shift
- Must be willing to follow all safety protocols
