Job Summary
Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in offices, conference rooms, and labs; clean tables and empty trash throughout the facility. Remove trash and debris from outside areas, clean and sanitize restrooms, and restock supplies. Sanitize door handles, vacuum mats, and clean thresholds at entrance and exit doors. Sweep and mop breakroom floors, clean tables, and remove trash. Wear all required PPE, including steel toe shoes, and follow all safety protocols while maintaining a quality environment that meets contract requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Background Check
- Drug Testing
- 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds for the entire shift
- Must be able to stand for the entire shift
- Must be able to climb stairs during the entire shift
- Must be capable of bending, pushing, pulling and squatting during the entire shift
- Must be capable of pushing a manual broom and mop
- Must be detailed oriented
- Must have reliable transportation arrangements
- Must be comfortable working in a commercial setting
- Must be willing to wear all required PPE during the entire shift
- Must be willing to follow all safety protocols
- Must be willing to wear steel toe shoes
