Job Summary
Build relationships and inspire loyalty by recommending additional products and informing customers of current promotions. Assist clients with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails while ensuring they are enrolled in the Loyalty program. Complete transactions accurately, maintain a professional store environment, and communicate inventory issues. Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events. Demonstrate Sally Beauty culture values while executing product knowledge training to support customer service. We offer generous product discounts, free samples, and ample growth opportunities. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must 18 years of age or older
- Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation
- Must complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire

- 1 + years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
