Job Summary
PT FRONT END ASSOCIATE at Specs Family Partners responsible for cashiering duties, guest service, and transaction processing at the register. Responsibilities include operating cash register/electronic scanner, accessing UPC codes/prices, ensuring correct pricing, scanning and bagging items, redeeming coupons, handling various payment types, and providing exceptional service to guests. Team-based, fast-paced environment with emphasis on accuracy, loss-prevention, customer engagement, and adherence to safety and company policies. Must meet physical requirements (stand/walk long periods, lift up to 50 pounds) and comply with licensing (TABC Beverage Sellers Permit and, where applicable, Food Handlers Permit). High school diploma or GED preferred; bilingual skills are a plus. Full attendance for part-time scheduling with availability on Fridays/Saturdays; typical PT hours up to 25 per week.
