Job Summary
Training Program Developer to support mission-critical logistics, sustainment, operational, facilities, training, and mission-enabling activities for U.S. Government/DoD across the Indo-Pacific. Develops training programs, documentation, and materials; designs curricula aligned with operational requirements; prepares instructional materials and manuals; coordinates cross-environment training development; configures systems for training delivery; updates content to meet mission needs; tracks training effectiveness; and plans training events. Travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites as required; 3-10 years of journeyman-level experience; performs duties across varied sites and supports collaboration with government personnel and mission partners.
