0025 - Staging Coordinator

Senior Staging Coordinator responsible for organizing arriving personnel, equipment, and materiel into forces and capabilities for onward movement or operations. Coordinates staging activities to align with deployment schedules and operational requirements; tracks readiness of staged assets and personnel; resolves issues affecting organization and preparation of resources. Collaborates with reception, movement, and logistics teams to maintain flow and ensures visibility of staged capabilities and support requirements in support of CONUS/OCONUS operations; roles involve travel to various sites and working across dynamic environments while ensuring compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and security requirements.
