0025 - Readiness Training and Exercise Lead

Job Summary
Oversees programs, initiatives, and projects that support readiness, training, and exercises under a U.S. Government/DoD task order. Provides SME leadership in analyzing training and exercise activities within the Information Advantage community; evaluates concepts of operations, strategic/operational plans, policy, doctrine, authorities, regulations, and statutes to support mission effectiveness. Will work at various sites (CONUS and OCONUS) with travel as required, coordinating with government personnel, mission partners, and cross-functional teams to achieve objectives. Responsibilities include guiding strategic and operational readiness requirements, establishing goals and plans, and ensuring compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and security requirements. May supervise others and interact with senior management; frequent travel between sites is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Subject Matter Expert with exceptional knowledge in readiness, training, and exercise domains
- Ability to travel between CONUS and OCONUS sites
- Leadership experience on major tasks or assignments and interfacing with senior management
- Experience providing financial management, methods, and staffing oversight for technical requirements
- Ability to coordinate with government personnel, mission partners, and cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives
