0025 - OEM-Equivalent FSR / Engagement Specialist

Provide continuous support similar to factory service representatives for systems and equipment in support of U.S. Government/DoD objectives across the Indo-Pacific; coordinate with operational and technical teams, conduct engagement sessions and in-person training, track system performance and user issues, maintain documentation of support activities, and ensure readiness of systems in operational environments. Work at multiple sites (CONUS/OCONUS) with travel as required, contributing to planning, coordination, and sustainment of complex operations across diverse environments.
