Job Summary
Coordinate and oversee the delivery of medical services across multiple sites (CONUS and OCONUS) with travel as required to support U.S. Government and DoD objectives. Manage scheduling of appointments, procedures, and follow-ups; maintain accurate patient records; facilitate communications among healthcare providers, patients, and external organizations; ensure compliance with medical protocols and regulations; analyze patient data to optimize service workflows; resolve logistical challenges in medical operations and resource allocation; and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency while safeguarding sensitive information.
Required Qualifications
- 3-10 years experience
- Journeyman
