Job Summary
Analyze material handling equipment needs to optimize operational efficiency and workflow. Evaluate equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement or replacement. Coordinate the procurement, installation, and maintenance of material handling systems. Develop and implement procedures to ensure safe and effective equipment usage. Monitor compliance with industry standards and safety regulations related to material handling equipment. Troubleshoot equipment issues and collaborate with maintenance teams to resolve technical problems. Conduct inspections and tests to verify equipment functionality and reliability. Prepare reports and documentation detailing equipment performance, maintenance activities, and operational recommendations. Will work at various sites, CONUS and OCONUS, with travel as required.
Required Qualifications
- Journeyman-level skill
- 3-10 years experience
