Job Summary
Care-of-supplies-in-storage maintenance for pre-positioned equipment supporting theater sustainment. Conducts inspections, preservation, and minor repair activities. Tracks condition and readiness of stored equipment. Coordinates maintenance actions with logistics and warehouse teams. Maintains documentation of COSIS activities and equipment status. Identifies deficiencies impacting equipment readiness. Supports sustainment of pre-positioned assets. Travel to CONUS/OCONUS as required; perform duties across sites and contribute to mission-critical logistics and operations in support of U.S. Government/DOD objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 11+ years’ experience
- Senior skill level
- Plans and leads major technical assignments
- Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments
- May supervise others
