0025 - Instructor/Trainer

Instructor/Trainer role delivering classroom training for government and contractor locations worldwide. Responsibilities include instructing personnel on systems and operational procedures, conducting lectures, demonstrations, and guided exercises, evaluating student performance, coordinating with training developers and stakeholders, updating instructional content based on feedback, and maintaining training materials and records to support mission readiness. Must travel to CONUS/OCONUS sites as required and operate with a high degree of autonomy in developing methodologies to achieve program objectives. Experience level is typically Journeyman with 3-10 years in complex instructional environments and the ability to contribute to deliverables and performance metrics. Location: Honolulu, Hawaii, in-person work arrangement.
