0025 - Food Processing Coordinator

Load/unload commodities from rail cars, trucks, and other conveyances; place merchandise in designated storage locations; transport materials using hand trucks, push-pull equipment, or forklifts. Blend merchandise ingredients to predetermined quality standards through heating and mixing processes; monitor blending operations to ensure finished products meet customer requirements; label containers with required identifying information and place containers into designated shipping units. Work at various sites with travel as required (CONUS/OCONUS). Possess journeyman-level expertise with 3-10 years experience; perform duties across multiple sites and coordinate with cross-functional teams to support operational readiness and logistics objectives in support of DoD/US Government programs.
