Job Summary
Operate machinery safely and efficiently to process materials, handling, transporting, and staging drums using forklifts or other equipment. Perform routine inspections and maintenance of machinery and work areas while accurately documenting activities and maintaining inventory records. Follow all safety protocols and environmental regulations during operations, ensuring compliance with EH&S guidelines and wearing applicable PPE. Work in a physically demanding industrial setting involving extended standing, lifting up to 50lbs, and mandatory weekend shifts with exposure to loud noise and dust.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to operate equipment and machinery in a safe and controlled manner
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Capability to follow written and verbal instructions and complete tasks independently as well as in a team environment
- Willingness to work in a physically demanding and industrial environment
- Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Ability to safely lift and maneuver up to 50lbs
- Must be able to wear applicable PPE in compliance with EH&S guidelines
- Second shift position
