Job Summary
Coordinate and track contracted services for lawn care, snow removal, and specialized transportation to facilitate access to medical appointments for seniors 55+. Deliver client services including home support assessments, friendly visits, and referrals while recording all activities in the Online Health and Access Tracking System. Ensure program delivery aligns with the Métis Nation of Ontario's Statement of Prime Purpose and maintain strict confidentiality. Manage financial reporting for the program site and attend required training outside standard working hours.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with volunteers in a non-profit environment
- 1 or more years' experience in client services experience
- 1 or more years' experience working with elderly population (55+)
- Proficiency with computer programs (Outlook, Excel, Work and PowerPoint)
Desired Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in social services
