Job Summary
Clear all trash cans, debris, and dust from floors, elevators, stairs, and the lobby. Dust and wipe the Westin registration desk, entrance, display glass, railings, and elevator buttons. Sweep, vacuum, and mop appropriate areas, including spot mopping floor decals and cleaning the Janitor Closet daily. Check Y-bridge, doorways, handicap lifts, and emergency areas for debris, dust, or spills, reporting issues to the Building Manager. Wipe glass doors, ledges, and planters; monitor the Indigo tunnel and outside Starbucks for trash. Clean dock offices, coat check, and window ledges at HD Homes twice weekly. Maintain a detailed, safety-conscious approach while wearing all required PPE. Full-time or temporary contract with weekly pay and insurance packages for full-time staff.
Required Qualifications
- Background Check
- Drug Testing
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds during the entire shift
- Must be able to stand for 8 hours
- Must be able to climb stairs during the entire shift
- Must be capable of bending, pushing, pulling, and squatting during the entire shift
- Must be detailed oriented
- Must have reliable transportation arrangements
- Must be comfortable working in a commercial setting
- Must be willing to wear all required PPE
- Must adhere to all safety protocols
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds for the entire shift
- Must be willing to assist others as needed
