Job Summary
Build relationships and inspire loyalty by recommending additional products, informing customers of promotions, and enrolling them in the Loyalty program. Set up advertising displays, arrange merchandise for sales events, and complete transactions accurately while maintaining a professional store environment. Communicate inventory issues and demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values to support the customer journey in hair, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. Requires a high school diploma, one year of retail experience, and ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Flexible schedules available.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must 18 years of age or older
- Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation
- All persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire

- 1 + years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
