Job Summary
Establish company objectives and formulate or approve policies and programs. Organize the creation of key departments and senior positions. Allocate physical, human, and financial resources to implement company policies; establish financial and administrative controls; develop and approve advertising campaigns; and approve overall staffing plans. Select middle managers, directors, or other executives. Coordinate work across areas, departments, or divisions. Represent the company in negotiations or other formal functions. Requires a university or college degree in technical, business, or related fields with extensive experience in production, utilities, transportation, or construction. Salary ranges from $50 to $55 per hour.
Required Qualifications
