Job Summary
Establish company goals and draft or approve policies and programs. Organize the creation of key departments and senior positions, while allocating physical, human, and financial resources to execute organizational strategies. Implement financial and administrative controls, develop and approve advertising campaigns, and review overall staffing plans. Select mid-level managers, directors, or other executives, and coordinate work across regions, departments, or divisions. Represent the company or authorize representatives to act on its behalf during negotiations and formal functions. Requires a bachelor's or associate degree in business administration, finance, or a related service field, with several years of senior management experience in commerce, broadcasting, or other services. Salary ranges from $65 to $70 per hour.
Required Qualifications
