Job Summary
The Coffee Bean & Roasting Specialist at Spec’s is responsible for maintaining a well-organized coffee department, managing inventory, monitoring product freshness, and ensuring cleanliness of roasting equipment and work areas. Ideal candidates should provide knowledgeable customer assistance regarding coffee varieties and brewing methods. Candidates should have previous retail experience, a motivated attitude, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Experience with coffee roasting and knowledge of specialty coffee is helpful.
Required Qualifications

- Knowledge of coffee, beer, spirits, wine, and tobacco
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
